What are my payment options?
Here are three ways to pay your premiums:
- Direct debit (bank account) – via fortnightly, monthly, six-monthly and annual direct debits. See how to set up:
- Direct debit – you pay your premiums
- Direct credit – we pay your claims.
- Credit card – via Online Member Services. Here’s how:
- Log in
- Go to Payments
- Click Pay by credit card
- Enter Payment amount
- Select Card type
- Enter Card number
- Enter Card name
- Enter Card security code
- Enter Card expiry date (by selecting the date and month)
- Read and accept Credit card declaration
- Click Submit.
- BPAY – via Online Member Services. Here’s how:
- Log in
- Go to Payments
- Click Pay by BPAY.
