Contacting the Ombudsman

If you’re unhappy with the outcome of a complaint with Teachers Health, you have the right to escalate the issue to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.

The Commonwealth Ombudsman is an independent body that helps to resolve complaints and provides advice and information.
