How can I set up a direct debit?

With a couple of exceptions*, you can do this via the Teachers Health app or Online Member Services:

  • Log in
  • Go to Membership
  • Go to Payment details - premiums
  • Select the Edit icon next to Type
  • Enter Account holder name
  • Enter BSB
  • Enter Account number
  • Tick box to use same details for claims payments (optional)
  • Read and tick box to accept Direct debit terms & conditions
  • Click Update

It can take up to 14 days for these changes to be processed, so please allow time for this before your next scheduled direct debit.
