How can I change the address on my membership?

You can do this via:

Online Member Services

  • Log in
  • Go to My membership
  • Click Contact details
  • Click Edit
  • Select Home or Postal address
  • Update Address
  • Click Next
  • Tick Declaration
  • Click Submit

Teachers Health app

  • Log in
  • Tap Membership
  • Select Contact details
  • Tap the Edit icon next to your home or postal address
  • Update address
  • Tap Update


Moving interstate

Please note that if you move interstate your premium may change. Once we’ve updated your details in our system, we’ll be in touch to confirm your premium.

In the meantime, you can get a premium estimate (quote) via Online Member Services.
