Get ready for your payment
For a hassle-free payment process, please ensure we have your correct direct credit details on file. We’re talking about the bank account we make payments into (e.g. your claims).
Here’s how to check, update or add your direct credit details:
- Log in to Online Member Services
- Go to Payments
- Select ‘Benefit Account Details’
- Click on ‘Edit’
- Enter your account details and click ‘Next’
- Read and accept the agreement and click ‘Submit’.
