Is there a difference between online and instore retailers?
Yes! Covalent API have separate agreements with partner retailers for online and instore purchases which means an online retailer may not offer rewards on instore purchases or vice versa. Remember to check the Member Rewards portal before you shop for current instore and online rewards.
