How can I check the status of my claim?

Once submitted, your claim won't show in your online claim history until it has been checked by a member of our team. This could take up to 14 business days to show, so please hang tight!

You can see claims that have already been processed via:

Online Member Services

  • Log in
  • Go to Claims and benefits
  • Select Claims history
  • Select Type of claim
  • Select Person
  • Select Date range
  • Click Search
