How can I check the status of my claim?

Once submitted, your claim won't show in your online claim history until it has been checked by a member of our team. This could take up to 14 business days to show, so please hang tight!

You can see claims that have already been processed on the Teachers Health app or Online Member Services:

  • Log in
  • Go to Claims
  • Select History
  • Select Person
  • Select the service you want to view
