How can I check the status of my claim?
Once submitted, your claim won't show in your online claim history until it has been checked by a member of our team. This could take up to 14 business days to show, so please hang tight!
You can see claims that have already been processed via:
- Log in
- Go to Claims and benefits
- Select Claims history
- Select Type of claim
- Select Person
- Select Date range
- Click Search
