Unfortunately, the New Families Program provided by Healthcare Services is only available to members with Hospital cover that includes pregnancy and birth related services.

For parenting info and support, there are free resources (including online and phone support) at Pregnancy, Birth & Baby as well as helpful websites and apps on our website.

If you'd like to be covered for pregnancy and birth related services, you could consider upgrading your cover to Top Hospital (Gold), Mid Hospital (Basic Plus) or Basic Hospital (Basic Plus) (not Mid Classic or Starterpak). Just be aware you'll need to serve the nine-month wait before you can claim. If you have any questions, please call us on 1300 727 538.

Unfortunately, programs provided by Healthcare Services are only available to members with Hospital cover.
