Changes to NSW Super premium payments

Changes to NSW Super premium payments

Last updated on 27 July

We’re moving to more flexible payment options

What's changing?

From 23 October, we’ll no longer take premium payments via NSW Super.

Why is this changing?

The move from super deductions is part of a wider shift to direct debit.

Flexible and efficient, direct debit enables you to pay fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or yearly – whatever works best for you. And if you make changes to your cover, your premiums can be adjusted quickly and easily.

How do I set up direct debit?

There are two options:

  • Direct debit form – complete a direct debit form and return via email or post
  • Phone – call us on 1300 727 538 (with your BSB and account number ready)

What are my other payment options?

If you don’t want to use direct debit – or we don’t hear from you – you’ll automatically move to quarterly invoicing. With this method you manage your own premium payments, using one of the options on your invoice.

We’ll let you know by email or post (depending on how you chose to be contacted) when this will change for you.

Will my cover or benefits change?

Your cover remains the same, but it’s important to maintain regular payments to keep your membership active.
