How to claim for Extras

How can I claim for Extras?

Depending on the service, and provider, you could claim via:

1. HICAPS

If your provider has a HICAPS terminal, ask them to swipe your Teachers Health membership card. If your claim’s approved, you’ll only pay the difference between what you get from us (your benefit) and the total cost.

2. Teachers Health app

 Just take a photo (or upload) your receipt and submit your claim. Done!

3. Claim form

Complete a claim form, attach your receipt and submit it:

• by email: submitclaim@teachershealth.com.au
• by post: Teachers Health, GPO Box 9812, Sydney NSW 2001
• in person: at the Surry Hills or Parramatta Member Care Centre
