What are the app and Online Member Services?
The My Teachers Health app and (browser-based) Online Member Services are secure places for you to manage your membership. You can:
- Submit claims
- Check what you’re covered for
- See remaining Extras limits
- Review your claims history
- View and update your contact info*
- Set up/change direct debit and credit details*
- Make credit card payments*
- Order membership cards
- Upload documents.
*If you downloaded the new My Teachers Health app in July 2025, you’ll be directed from the app to Online Member Services for these functions. You can tell you're using the new app because it has the digital membership card feature.
