Supporting mental wellness

Mental wellness is an important consideration during extreme events like bushfires.

As a benefit of your membership with Teachers Health, you may be able to access the Mental Wellness Program, coordinated by Teachers Healthcare Services, offered at no additional cost to eligible members.

The aim is to support members with anxiety and depression, focusing on themes including low mood and depression, building resilience, learning to deal with anxiety, and creating emotional wellbeing.
