Change your cover or compareHow can I pay my premiums when payroll deductions stop?
The easiest way to pay is direct debit. You can even select the best day for us to deduct the payment from your account.
We know change can be a hassle, so we’d like to offer you two weeks free when you switch to direct debit payments.
How do I switch to direct debit?
You can do this:
- via email: complete a direct debit form and send it to info@teachershealth.com.au
- via phone: call us on 1300 727 538
What happens after my last payroll deduction?
If you’ve supplied direct debit details, we’ll apply the two weeks free offer to your membership once we receive the last payment from your employer.
If you haven’t provided your direct debit details, we’ll send you a quarterly invoice with details on other payment methods.
