How can I upgrade my cover?
Before making any changes, please consider:
- Your options – which Hospital and Extras cover is right for you?
- The cost – you can get a quote via Online Member Services
- Waiting periods – when can you start claiming your new, or increased, Hospital and/or Extras benefits?
Ready to upgrade?
You can upgrade online anytime. Here’s how:
- Log in
- Go to My membership
- Click Cover details
- Click Edit
- Select Effective date
- Select Hospital product tier
- Select Hospital cover
- Select Extras cover
- Click Next
- Tick the Declaration
- Click Submit
Your next payment
Please note that upgrading may impact your ‘paid-to date’ (i.e. if your premium is increasing, your next payment may be due sooner).
To check your paid-to date:
- Log in
- Go to Payments
- Click on Contribution details
- See Paid-to date
