I’m locked out of Online Member Services – what should I do?

Online Member Services accounts are automatically locked after four unsuccessful login attempts.

To unlock your account, please email unlockmyaccount@teachershealth.com.au from the email address we have on file for your membership. And include your member number, full name and date of birth when you email us so we can quickly identify you.

If this isn’t possible, you’ll need to call us on 1300 727 538.

In future, you may want to reset your password after one or two failed attempts (if you’re unsure of your password).
