We're moving to a new location
Due to circumstances beyond our control (see FAQs below), the Parramatta Health Centre is moving from its current home at 68 Macquarie Street.
The plan is for the Centre to reopen at its new Parramatta location in the next few months.
Our last day of business at Macquarie Street was Saturday, 26 June, so we’re asking patients to please make appointments at our Surry Hills Centre while Parramatta is closed.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this pause in the Parramatta Health Centre’s operations and thank you for your patience during our move.

Sydney Metro West has compulsorily acquired our location at 68 Macquarie Street, so we had no choice but to move!

I have an appointment booked in at Parramatta - what do I do?
If your appointment at Parramatta is for a date after 26 June, please make a booking at our Teachers Health Centre in Surry Hills instead. Their phone number is (02) 8346 2255 and the Centre is located at 35 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.

How can I submit claims while the Parramatta Member Care Counter is closed?
If you want to discuss your membership in person, please visit the Member Care Counter at our Surry Hills Centre.
