If we have your bank account details for benefit payments, we’ll credit to your nominated account before the end of August.

Check, update or add your direct credit details


Former members

If we don’t hold your direct credit details on file, we’ll mail you a cheque towards the end of August.

To update your mailing address or direct credit account, please call us on 1300 728 188 (Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm, Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm AEST).
