How do online claim audits work?

If you’re included in a random audit, we might:

• Ask you to send us the receipts for your claim
• Contact your provider to check the service details.

If we’ve paid out for a service you weren’t eligible to claim for, you’ll have to pay back the benefits, and could be blocked from making claims via Online Member Services in the future.
