Teachers Health named Private Health Insurer of the Year 2015
Based on the high satisfaction ratings of its valued members, Teachers Health has been identified as Australia's leading Private Health Insurance provider in the 2015 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Roy Morgan is the world's largest ongoing single source survey and each year they question approximately 50,000 Australians to identify industry leaders in various fields.
Teachers Health CEO Brad Joyce said, "This a prestigious award for Teachers Health to win and it builds on the recognition we received in 2013 for the outstanding, individually tailored customer service that we provide to each and every one of our valued members. This high level of service is complemented by the fact that we paid 90 cents in benefits for every dollar received in contributions in 2015, and is just one of the reasons why more than 280,000 people in the education community have chosen us as their preferred health insurance provider."
Teachers Health first won this award in 2013, when it was also named National Contact Centre of the Year (less than 30 full-time employees) at the 2013 Australian Teleservices Association (ATA) awards (now the Auscontact Association).
Teachers Health is also delighted to have been named Employer of Choice for Gender Equality for 2015, a citation designed to encourage, recognise and promote active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces.
